Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Varenya, we take great pride in delivering freshly made bakery products to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.
1. No Refunds After Delivery
All orders once delivered are non-refundable.
We prepare every product fresh with great care, and once it has reached your doorstep, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to hygiene and food safety concerns.
2. No Returns or Refunds for Delivery Delays Due to External Factors
Once dispatched, Varenya is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Incorrect delivery information provided
- Inaccessibility of delivery location
- Delivery partner limitations
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in such cases.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Orders that are already being prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Wrong or Damaged Orders
In the rare event that you receive:
- An incorrect item
- A missing item
- A visibly damaged product
Please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos at varenyabakes@gmail.com.
If verified, we will offer a suitable resolution (such as a replacement or partial refund) on a case-by-case basis.
